I have looked into hosting resale, and nobody offers unlimited space/bandwidth/domains. Many offer quite a bit of space and bandwidth, but domains cost money to register, and as such nobody can afford to offer unlimited domains.

I ended up building my own webhosting server, so I can do whatever I darn well please.

You need to go to someplace like Rackspace and sign up for your own server. They usually come with “unlimited” bandwidth - basically, a 100mbs link into their network. As to space - specify a drive.
From that machine, you can host several hundred websites.
