How to transfer domain from yahoo to another Registrar?

Hello all,
Please tell me how to transfer domain from yahoo to another registrar. I used a hosting reseller’s service to register my domain with yahoo two years ago, however, I can’t manage my domain myself, for the reseller didn’t tell my domain cpanel username and password. The administration contact email of my domain wasn’t mine two years ago. Now the administration email has been updated with my own email,however, I can’t still manage my domain myself,because the reseller doesn’t tell the username and password. Since my site has been attacked for many times and it has been moved to new ips for many times, I am eager to manage it myself. BTW,does the email domain.tech@yahoo-inc.com still work? I need to contact yahoo staff about the domain transfer of my domain via email directly .Many thanks for your help.
